Breast Cancer Awareness

Rotary District 3271 in collaboration with PACC and Dr. Essa Laboratory, hosted an impactful Breast Cancer Awareness event at PACC Karachi. Aimed at educating the community on breast cancer prevention, early detection and treatment, the event underscored the life-saving importance of early intervention and proactive health practices.

The event also brought together an esteemed panel of speakers, including renowned medical professionals and advocates such as Dr. Nayyer Jabeen, Dr. Rabbia Zubair, Rizwan Adhia and Aslam Khaliq. Former First Lady of Pakistan, Samina Arif Alvi, attended as the Chief Guest, lending her voice to this critical cause. In her address Ms. Alvi emphasized the far-reaching impact of breast cancer awareness on society, encouraging early screenings and breaking the stigma around discussing health openly.

Attendees participated in an engaging lineup of sessions, including an interactive Q&A segment with the experts, discussions on recent advances in breast cancer research, and personal stories of resilience from cancer survivors.
